NSW Biofuels Petition Information
As stated in the Biofuels Act 2007 (NSW), from 1 July 2012, it will be mandatory for all sites supplied from a NSW fuel terminal to stop selling unleaded petrol (ULP) and sell E10 (an ethanol blended unleaded fuel).
The implications this legislation will have on these businesses as well as customers are clear. That is why ACAPMA have put together a petition asking Parliament to suspend this from occuring and review the Act.
