Installation Services
TT, as a manufacturer, provides installation services via its network of fully qualified and trained Distributors and Integrators.
Distributors are licensed to sell, install and provide warranty and maintenance services for TT equipment governed by their Distribution agreement(s) with TT.
All Distributor installation staff are fully trained by either TT or internally using TT prepared specifications. All installations are required to be performed in line with TT Installation Manuals and Instructions to ensure performance and warranty of equipment.
Remote Site Monitoring Service
As a further "value add" product, the Transponder Technologies Monitoring Console (TTMC) is an alarm monitoring system designed to receive a variety of alarm events from TT controllers at remote sites in real time and the forward the alert to designated people via SMS or email.
TTMC has been designed initially to facilitate requirements in regard to AS1940 for Emergency Stop facilities via a combination of audio, visual, automated contact options. TTMC also provides alarming and monitoring capabilities for a host of further events relating to refuelling sites and OPTs.
TT Solutions
TT can provide fuel management solutions in a variety of markets covering the full gamut of retail, commercial, industrial and the resources sector.
This ability to provide solutions to customer needs has required it to build expertise and credibility in these diverse markets. Experience in these markets and appropriate technologies is supported by the inherent reliability of TT hardware, software and systems which continues to bring repeat business and new clients to TT.
TT can focus on custom solutions for clients because its solutions have been designed to interface to industry standards and to expand functionality and capacity as clients grow. TT's flexibility in providing existing products and services and time to market in developing new products will keep it growing at above average industry rates well into the future.

With the advent of AdBlue for emission reduction TT has developed tanking and refuelling systems for commercial and retail applications.
In addition to this, TT addresses traffic management applications through its well-proven TransiTag technology. This technology is used to provide priority switching at traffic lights through to switching direction and tram points.
Technology
TT is continually proactive in introducing new technology and providing the infrastructure in place to support it. TT's range of AdBlue products is a prime example, complying with different metrology and dispensing requirements due to the urea composition and operating temperature range to optimise the emission reduction properties of the product.
TT is continually innovating in the areas of harsh environment to deal with automated dispensing and reliable operation required in climatic conditions varying from humid wet Papua New Guinea to very hot, dry central Australia.
TT's aim is to be able to control and account for any liquid that a client needs to dispense. This goal has required TT to develop intrinsically safe control electronics to cope with hazardous zone requirements in the petroleum industry through to the potentially corrosive qualities of urea used in AdBlue.
The need to increase measurement accuracy in the dispensing of what is a finite, increasingly expensive resource such as fossil fuels will take TT into technologies that will merge engine management and inventory management, emission control and fuel efficiency and the security and access management needed to automatically dispense and remotely control issuance.
TT's Environmental Philosophy
Transponder Technologies approach to the environment from which it draws the energy it needs to grow and prosper has always been driven by the philosophic approach, "Less is More."
TT strives to use fewer resources to continually produce better products and services for its clients while reducing the impact on the environment.
Our Philosophy translates into internal strategies to:
· Minimise energy use in our offices and factory: "Switch On To Switching Off" power consuming devices that are not in use. This is the approach TT encourages its employees to adopt.
· Minimise landfill from our offices and factory: TT aims to minimise residual waste material from processes used to manufacture its products and deliver its services.
· Reduce power consumption and increase the recyclability of our products
TT will achieve this goal through "designing in" reduced power consumption and increased recyclability of components that make up its products.
Our Philosophy translates into external strategies for:
· Total Fuel Usage Reconciliation
You can't control what you can't measure. TT's fuel inventory management systems account for the total bulk fuel delivered to a client's tank farms through to the fuel dispensed to individual vehicles. Reconciliation of these totals will help identify any leakages in the system both minimising environmental impact and any costly remedial work.
· Fuel Efficiency Improvement
Total fuel reconciliation allows for the base level of process improvement to be applied to fuel usage. For example, TT's systems allow fuel used by individual drivers and assets to be tracked and compared. This identifies any training and or driver behaviour issues to be corrected and improvements to be made in a timely manner for what research has shown to be, one of the most significant factors affecting an organisations fuel usage. TT is experimenting at present with services that will assist organisations manage their fuel consumption in differing operational scenarios. This will involve significant research and development projects to address methodologies and technologies that can compare the payload delivered by particular assets and the contributing factors that affect the efficiency of delivering that payload.
· Emissions Reduction
TT clients will experience the first level of emissions reduction by implementing TT's fuel inventory management systems. This is due to the fixed relationship between fuel consumption reduction and emissions reduction. Beyond this point, TT will be able to further assist clients through its future R&D ultimately leading them to reduced carbon footprints and more profitable businesses.
TT Products
TT develops and markets a comprehensive range of products and services for both commercial and retail fuel applications. It uses its depth of experience and extensive connections in the petroleum industry to anticipate and stay ahead of market demand through a proactive and comprehensive research and development program.
TT's attended and unattended fuel inventory management systems are designed for harsh environments and have been proven over time to be reliable and cost effective for refuelling facilities in the Retail, Transport, Mining and Defence industries.
Key features of TT's range of products are security, accuracy, reliability and usability. TT's dispensing systems use a range of approved and industrial-rated components as well as a broad range of access media from manual PIN through to the debit and credit cards of the majority of financial institutions. TT also provides automated refuelling using RFID systems compliant with International and National standards for trade metrology and environmental compliance.
TT provides bulk storage and dispensing systems for AdBlue Urea based products designed to reduce emissions and fuel consumption of diesel internal combustion engines while complying with Euro V emissions standards.
