ACAPMA’s employment department is staffed by employment law professionals with extensive experience in the industry.¬† Qualified to provide members with a range of advice on best practice, assistance, support and information needed to safely and compliantly engage with their staff.

Despite best efforts, there will be situations where members may be notified of a suspected breach of Fair Work legislation or an issue that may require formal representation, including unfair dismissal provisions.
